Washington, D.C. - Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Deputy Secretary Jane Holl Lute joined Finnish Interior Minister Anne Holmlund to sign a Preventing and Combating Crime (PCC) Agreement—allowing for the enhanced exchange of biometric and biographic data to bolster counterterrorism and law enforcement efforts in both the United States and Finland while protecting individual privacy.
